Zagreb – European Capital of Culture 3000 is a collaborative platform launched in 2003 by Centre for Drama Art, Multimedia Institute, Platform 9.81, and What, How and for Whom / WHW, and was later joined by the Shadow Casters, [BLOK], Community Art, and Kontejner.

Operation City

Alliance Operation City (former Alliance for the Centre for Independent Culture and Youth – SZC) was established with the aim of encouraging the development of independent culture and self-organized activity of young people. Its activities, linked to the cultural and youth policies in Zagreb, first took place through the collaborative platform of independent cultural organizations Zagreb – European Capital of Culture 3000.

Clubture

Clubture Network is a non-profit, inclusive, and participatory network active in empowering the independent cultural sector. Its main activities focus on programme networking, raising public visibility, encouraging the organizational development of the sector and strengthening its impact in changing the institutional framework within which it functions.

Right to the city

Right to the City is an initiative and campaign directed against the overexploitation of space, administering space against public interest, unsustainable spatial policy, and the exclusion of citizens from making decisions about the urban development of Zagreb.

Kooperativa

In July 2012, 21 civil society organizations active in the field of contemporary culture and art in South-Eastern Europe (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, and Kosovo) founded a network for programme exchange in the region, based on similar principles as Clubture.
